30th August 2018, 18 Zulhijjah 1439H Friendship Surat Al-Ĥujurāt  (The Rooms), Chapter 49, Verse 13: "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another . Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." 11th April 2018, 24 Rejab 1439H Jizyah This verse only relate to the state of war situation only when enemy came to attack your country, not when country in peace. It is muslims obligation to provide safety and protection to the people in their countries including the non muslims. Muslims also have to refund the jizyah, when they believe that they cannot protect the non muslims or they will defeat in war. Surat At-Tawbah  (The Repentance), Chapter 9, Verse 29: " Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled."
