25th October 2018, 16 Safar 1440H Repentance (توبة) The Acceptance Of The Repentance Of The One Who Kills, Even If He Has Killed A Great Deal Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying : There was a person before you who had killed ninety-nine persons and then made an inquiry about the learned persons of the world (who could show him the way to salvation). He was directed to a monk. He came to him and told him that he had killed ninety-nine persons and asked him whether there was any scope for his repentance to be accepted. He said: No. He killed him also and thus completed one hundred. 11th April 2018, 24 Rejab 1439H Jizyah This verse only relate to the state of war situation only when enemy came to attack your country, not when country in peace. It is muslims obligation to provide safety and protection to the people in their countries including the non muslims. Muslims also have to refund the jizyah, when they believe that they cannot protect the non muslims or they will defeat in war. Surat At-Tawbah  (The Repentance), Chapter 9, Verse 29: " Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled."
